Jon Pountney

Jon Pountney first picked up a camera in 1995. After university, he has worked on numerous projects – both self-initiated and collaborative. He is driven to storytelling through imagery, and chooses to capture the stories of the communities around him, with which he is familiar. This in turn vitalises his work as it becomes an empathetic interpretation.
