Elliw Gwawr
Elliw Gwawr is originally from Dolgellau, and she started cooking at home with her mother and grandmother. After graduating, she moved to Cardiff where she worked for the Welsh Language Board and as the BBC's political correspondant, on programmes such as 'CF99' and 'Dau o'r Bae'. She is now the political correspondant for Westminster. In February 2011, she started writing her popular blog www.panedachacen.com, the first Welsh blog about baking.
