Welsh Book of the Year Winner transcends boundaries in new English Edition

Next week we are launching A Haven from Hitler, a volume which pays tribute to a family of Jewish origin who suffered as a result of genocidal Nazi policies during the Second World War.

Originally published in Welsh under the title Yr Erlid, it won the Welsh Book of the Year prize in 2013. It tells the story of the family of Kate Bosse-Griffiths, of German-Jewish descent, who fled the brutal regime of the Nazis and became one of Wales's leading academic and literary figures.
