A colourful board book about the character Dewin and his dog Doti, who lives in th esky in a 'Balalwn'. The Dewin series of books has been devised by Mudiad Meithrin (the Welsh-medium pre-school organisation) to encourage young children to speak Welsh in the playgroups.
