Detective Danny Finch loses his job after being accused of fraud – and loses everything – his job, his pension and his self-respect. He gains employment as a security officer to 'local businessman' Pete Gibson. Danny turns a blind eye to his boss's illegal business, but when he refuses to become part of Gibson's 'business', the villain plots against him.
