The autobiography of retired inspector Ken Lewis, a well-known figure in Llanelli, Ferryside, Carmarthen and Lampeter. An honest account of a policeman in the 1960s who became chief inspector before he retired. In his autobiography he recounts the history of the area he grew up in and the interesting characters; the funny and serious occurances he dealt with as a policeman – which were very different from today's issues; and his opinion on the police's work in the modern day.
