Join us for a very special literary cook-along with Nerys Howell, author of Welsh Food by Season.
Nerys will take us step-by-step through one of her mouth-watering seasonal recipes while also giving us an insight into her scrumptious new book, 'Bwyd Cymru yn ei Dymor / Welsh Food by Season'. At the end of the event you will have prepared a delicious meal to enjoy at home. Staying in really is the new going out!
Ticket holders will be emailed the ingredients and any specific utensils required in advance of the event, however the specific recipe won't be revealed until the night.
