Gilli Davies
Gilli (Davies) Cliff is a Cordon Bleu cook and has been involved in food, food journalism and broadcasting for over 25 years. She has been a member of The Guild of Food Writers, advisor to the Food Standards Agency and a member Advisory Commitee for Animal Feedstuffs.Gilli runs cookery courses and continues to write and broadcast on subjects ranging from food safety to the aphrodisiac qualities of the food we eat.She has an interest in traditional Welsh recipes, is a consultant in regional speciality foods, organises events and writes education programmes.
