Angela Gray

Her infectious passion for food combined with a creative mind, have seen Angela Gray carve a rich and fruitful career in the food industry. She has travelled extensively, cooked for the likes of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Melvyn Bragg, and had her own cookery series for BBC Wales called Hot Stuff. She now teaches everything from beginnersï¾' cookery to advanced master-classes for fish and game, and feels blessed to earn a living in a way she enjoys so much.
