Simon Wright

Simon Wright was formerly the editor of the AA Restaurant Guide and now works as a freelance writer and restaurant consultant. He is a consultant on Channel 4's Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and is a partner in the award winning Carmarthenshire pub/restaurant Y Polyn. He presented the BBC Wales TV series The Wright Taste following his journey into the unfamiliar territory of livestock farmer, in order to trace the passage of his restaurant's meat from animal to plate. A tv tie-in to the series, The Wright Taste: Recipes & Other Stories, was published by Gomer Press in 2008.
