Colin Palfrey

Colin Palfrey was born, educated and has spent most of his life in Cardiff. His has published a number of books including a volume of poetry and two humorous titles, as well as academic titles. He is an Education Consultant working as a Lecturer in Health Care Policy and Planning and as a Researcher for a Housing Trust.
