Grahame Davies

Grahame Davies is a poet, novelist, editor and literary critic, who has won numerous prizes, including the Wales Book of the Year Award. His roots are in Coedpoeth near Wrexham, but he is now based in Cardiff and London. His poems in Alchemy of Water draw on sources as various as folk poetry, the hymns of Ann Griffiths, the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam and the works of R. S.
