Randall Baker

Randall Baker is a distinguished Welsh academic who has studied and taught in universities all over the world. He has acted as advisor to UNESCO, the Sultan of Brunei, the World Bank, the British Foreign Ministry and the US State Department, and published extensively. He now spends half the year in Bulgaria and the other half in Newbridge-on-Wye in Wales.
