Aber Prom

A volume of photographs and text portraying the promenade at Aberystwyth from the beginning of the 19th Century until today. It is also a history of music and entertainment in Aberystwyth illustrating the crucial role played by the prom, the beach, the bandstand, the pier and the castle. It also covers almost 150 years of naval history and lifesaving on the coast.
